Busy weekend for the club seen our U18’s beat Kings in a pre play-off friendly at Portobello 69-59 in what was a true showing of some great basketball and first class sportsmanship throughout the game.
Our U18’s now look forward to Saturday as the Clubs biggest ever game in their short history will take place in Perth vs Glasgow City in the Division 2 Play-offs.
Our U14 team travelled to Bathgate to face Blaze and Wolves in 2 RDL games, the boys narrowly lost to Blaze but then bounced back to convincingly beat Wolves.
Finally some of our club players (U16’s/U18’s) and volunteers traveled through to Glasgow to watch both the WBBL and BBL trophy final (with our mascot baby Griff of course!)
Great fun had by all as we continue as a club to make basketball bigger and better every day.
